do you ever think about all the little things about yourself someone might fall in love with? like the freckle on your neck or the fact that you can’t listen to a song the entire way through or that you only like red skittles or maybe that you curl your cursive l’s a little funny when you write them or that you’re afraid of being outside alone when it’s dark or that you try and save bugs from drowning in water or that you have a list of ways and places you want to kiss someone and you won’t be satisfied until they’re all crossed off or that you probably build up fantasies in your head a little too much and then let yourself get disappointed by them but at least it means that you have hope for better things even when stuff is crappy or maybe they just love the way you can’t sleep without an arm above your head and a leg outside of the covers and maybe they want to make you your eggs the way you like them every morning and buy you the kind of shampoo you like and maybe they love all of those little pieces of you so much because they match up with all of their little pieces
